Terms of Service
1. Overview
This website is operated by AYEEB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Eligibility
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or you have consent from a parent/guardian).
3. Pricing, Currency & VAT
- Default currency: EUR (unless otherwise shown at checkout).
- All prices include VAT. Final VAT breakdown and delivery charges are shown in the cart/checkout before you place an order.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers. Payment information is encrypted in transit. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Orders & Contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy.
- The contract is formed when we send an order acceptance and/or shipping confirmation (depending on the workflow).
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, stock limits, pricing errors, address issues, chargeback risk, or where prohibited by law. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
- Delivery estimates are guidance and may vary by destination, customs, carrier operations, and peak seasons.
- For EU/EEA consumers, unless law requires otherwise, risk passes when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
- Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights in case of late delivery.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
7. Customs & Import Taxes (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on local regulations. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:
https://ayeeb.com/refund-policy/
This does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including EU/EEA withdrawal rights where applicable.
9. Digital Products / Downloads
Digital products (including downloadable files, templates, guides, online content, or other digital items) are delivered electronically.
- Delivery: After successful payment, we provide access via download link, email, or your account (where applicable).
- Refunds: Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned”, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law.
- If there is a problem: If the digital product is defective, incomplete, or you cannot access it due to our error, we will provide a fix, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy:
https://ayeeb.com/privacy-policy/
11. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Do not transmit malware, worms, viruses, or destructive code.
- Do not scrape, spam, or interfere with website security or functionality.
12. Third-Party Links & Tools
We may link to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
13. Legal Guarantee / Warranty (Consumers)
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Where you are a consumer, you may have legal guarantee/warranty rights under EU/Portuguese consumer law.
14. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYEEB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, war, government actions, or interruptions in utilities/services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
