Refund & Return Policy
Consumers in the EU/EEA may withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
Send your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to love@ayeeb.com. (You may use the optional model form below, but it is not required.)
After you inform us, send the goods back within 14 days.
Condition of returned goods (EU withdrawal)
You may open and handle the goods only as needed to inspect them (as you would in a store). If handling goes beyond what is necessary, we may reduce the refund for any loss in value where permitted by law.
Return Process & Refunds
Email love@ayeeb.com with your order number and reason (withdrawal/defect/wrong item).
After approval, we email return instructions and the return address (may vary by product/logistics). Please do not send returns before receiving our instructions.
Pack securely, include order number, and send us the tracking number after shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / Withdrawal: Customer pays return shipping.
- Defective / damaged in transit / wrong item: We cover return shipping (prepaid label where available, or reimbursement with proof). Contact us first.
Refunds
- Timing (EU withdrawal): Within 14 days from the day we are informed, but we may withhold until goods are received back or you provide proof of return (whichever is earlier).
- Method: Original payment method.
- Scope: Product price refunded; standard outbound delivery may be refunded where required by law. Express upgrade costs may not be refundable.
